No. IAWAI is publicly owned by Hamilton City and Waikato District Councils.
Will my water service change?
No. Your water will continue to flow as it does now. The same teams, infrastructure and standards remain in place.
Do I need to do anything right now?
No action is required, just get to know us! This is a planned transition, not a sudden change.
